These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyDigital Adda ("Platform"), operated by MyDigital Adda ("we", "us", "our") at mydigitaladda.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MyDigital Adda, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have the legal capacity to enter into agreements, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws.

2. Platform Description

MyDigital Adda is a product discovery platform where makers can submit Indian digital products (apps, SaaS tools, AI tools, browser extensions, and other digital products) for discovery by users. Free submissions are published instantly. Paid boost plans provide enhanced visibility.

3. Product Submissions

When submitting a product to MyDigital Adda:

• You confirm that you are the maker, authorized representative, or have permission to submit the product
• The product must be a legitimate digital product, app, or service
• Descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• Products must not violate any Indian or international laws
• Adult content, gambling, weapons, or illegal products are strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines

4. Boost Plans & Payments

Paid boost plans are processed via Cashfree Payments (a licensed Indian payment gateway). By purchasing a boost:

• You agree to Cashfree's terms and payment policies
• Boosts are non-refundable once activated
• Boost duration begins from the date of payment verification
• We do not guarantee a specific number of views or upvotes
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or plagiarized product information
• Manipulate upvotes using bots, fake accounts, or other automated means
• Post spam, abusive, or defamatory comments
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our platform
• Use our platform for any illegal purpose under Indian law

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MyDigital Adda — including our logo, platform design, and editorial content — is owned by MyDigital Adda and protected under Indian copyright law. Product names, logos, and descriptions submitted by makers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyDigital Adda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of product listings. We are not responsible for any products or services listed on our platform — all dealings are directly between you and the product makers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MyDigital Adda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any product listed on it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date.
